Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. This does not include weekends or holidays. During peak seasons or sales, processing times may be extended, but we will always do our best to meet your expectations.

Shipping Methods: We ship all orders via UPS Ground unless an upgraded shipping method is selected at checkout. If you need your order faster, we offer various upgraded shipping options during checkout for your convenience. Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and size of your package, as well as the shipping method chosen at checkout.

Delivery Times: Standard delivery times for UPS Ground are typically 1-5 business days depending on your location. For upgraded shipping, delivery times vary based on the chosen method.

Order Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package through the UPS website.

Eligibility for Refund or Reprint: You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a refund or reprint. We will only issue a reprint or refund if there is a quality issue with the product, such as defects in the print or materials. Refunds or reprints will not be issued if the original artwork you provided was of low quality or had resolution issues that affected the print outcome. Please ensure that your artwork meets our quality guidelines before placing your order.

How to Request a Refund or Reprint: To request a refund or reprint, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. In your request, include your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant photos showing the defect or issue. Our team will review your request and, if approved, will proceed with a reprint or refund as applicable. Non-Refundable Items: Custom products that are printed based on the artwork provided by the customer are not eligible for refunds if there are no quality issues with the printing or materials.

Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method. Reprints will be processed and shipped within our normal 1-2 day turnaround time after approval. At Fusion Transfers, we want to ensure you get the best results from our DTF transfers. Follow these easy steps to achieve a professional finish on your garments:

Pre-Press (Optional): Pre-pressing the garment is not required, but if the fabric is wrinkled or if you prefer, you can pre-press to remove any moisture or wrinkles. Simply press for 2-3 seconds at 300°F before applying the transfer.

Applying the DTF Transfer: Set your heat press to 300°F with medium to high pressure. Place the DTF transfer on the garment in the desired location. Press for 10-15 seconds. Temperature and Pressure: You cannot damage the DTF transfer by using more heat, time, or pressure during the initial press. However, be mindful that too much heat can damage the fabric of the garment.

Peeling: After pressing, let the garment and transfer rest for 20-30 seconds to cool slightly. Starting from one corner, lift the transfer and pull quickly to remove. Do not remove slowly, as this could damage the print.

Final Press: After removing the transfer film, press the garment again for 5-10 seconds to seal the print. We recommend using parchment paper or a Teflon sheet during this step to protect the print. By following these steps, you’ll ensure your DTF transfers are securely and beautifully applied to your garments!
